SASSA Foster Child Grant
Learn about the SASSA Foster Child Grant, including eligibility, benefits, and how to apply to provide essential support for foster children.
The Foster Child Grant is a financial help by SASSA to the foster parents for their foster child. A foster child is a child who has been placed in your care by court in situations like orphaned, desolated, tortured, neglected, or at risk. Foster parents will be expected to meet all needs of their foster child such as feeding, clothing, sheltering, medicating and educating the child.
